This tea canister from Fujiki Denshiro Shoten is based on their classic Sōkawa Chazutsu Mujikawa (Full Bark Tea Canister – Plain Finish) and features a delicate scene of falling cherry blossom petals, expressed entirely in natural cherry bark. Over time and with regular use, the surface develops a beautiful sheen and gradually matures into a deeper, more subdued tone through the warmth of the hand.

Care Guide
・Please use the product correctly according to its intended purpose and usage.
・Avoid using it in the refrigerator, as extreme dryness may cause peeling of the surface or warping of the entire product.
・Do not soak it in water or hot water, and do not use it in a dishwasher.
・Do not use it in a microwave or oven.
・To prevent peeling of the cherry bark, avoid getting it wet with water. Also, do not place it in areas with high humidity for extended periods.
・To prevent warping, cracking, or discoloration, avoid exposing it to direct sunlight.
・Avoid sudden temperature changes caused by contact with heated or cooled items, as this may lead to discoloration, warping, or cracking.
・Please handle with care, as strong impacts, such as dropping, may cause damage.
Among kabazaiku (cherry bark craft) products, polished finish items are not coated to allow customers to enjoy the natural texture of the material. Therefore, please avoid exposing them to moisture as much as possible. If they do come into contact with moisture, immediately wipe them with a soft, dry cloth.
Align the seams of the body and lid when closing the lid. Both the body and lid are made using the same wooden mold, so aligning the seams will allow for smooth closure.
Please note that since each piece is handcrafted, there may be slight individual differences in the fit of the outer and inner lids.
Tea canisters maintain an appropriate level of humidity, keeping tea leaves in good condition for storage.
