The lid of the tea caddy opens by lifting it straight up, and when closing, the lid naturally seals under its own weight. Sliding the lid forcefully to the left or right when opening and closing may cause scratches. Dishwasher safe. However, there is a risk of discoloration into a rainbow hue due to detergent residue. Not suitable for use in freezers, microwaves, ovens, or toasters. Direct heating is also not possible due to its low melting point. Additionally, as tin is a soft material, using scouring pads or abrasive substances may cause scratches. Please handle with care, as excessive force can cause deformation. Tin does not normally rust or discolor, but prolonged exposure to lemon water or highly acidic liquids may result in discoloration.
