This tea canister is crafted under the supervision of Tatsumasa Imai, a certified traditional craftsman.
The lid opens by lifting it straight up, and when closing, it gently seals itself with its own weight. Please avoid twisting the lid left or right, as this may cause scratches.
This product is dishwasher-safe. However, residual detergent may cause iridescent discoloration. Do not use in a freezer, microwave, oven, or toaster. Due to its low melting point, direct heat or open flame must also be avoided.
As tin is a soft material, scrubbing with abrasive sponges or cleaners may scratch the surface. Applying excessive force may cause deformation.
While tin does not normally rust or tarnish, prolonged exposure to acidic liquids such as lemon water may cause discoloration.
