This series is a collaboration between Yumiko Ihoshi and Kimura Glass Company. The series name "dishes" not only means "plates" but also includes the keyword "cuisine." The plates and bowls, designed to enhance the presentation of plated dishes, can be enjoyed with a variety of cuisines and uses.
