Tatsumasa Imai, a traditional craftsman, is the representative. When you drink beverages from a tin cup, the taste becomes softer and mellower. Beer develops a creamy foam, and sake drunk from the cup has its harsh flavors reduced, resulting in a smoother taste—highly recommended. Dishwasher safe, but there is a risk of discoloration into a rainbow hue due to residual detergent. Not suitable for use in freezers, microwaves, ovens, or toasters. Due to its low melting point, it cannot be used over direct fire. Additionally, as tin is a soft material, using abrasive scrubbing brushes or products containing polishing agents can cause scratches. Please handle with care as applying excessive force may deform it. Tin does not normally rust or discolor, but it may change color if soaked for extended periods in lemon water or strongly acidic liquids.
