A beautiful hammered pattern copper sake cup. Mr. Susa, who honed his skills at a long-established workshop of hammered copperware and became independent, is a full member of the Japan Kogei Association and has created and presented numerous works. This sake cup is expressed using the techniques of hammered copperware combined with his unique sensibility.
"Crossed Blades" represents intersecting blades depicted through the hammered pattern. By baking tin at a low temperature and finishing with potassium sulfide, a beautiful contrast of white and black is achieved. Hammered copperware becomes a masterpiece that allows one to enjoy the changes over time with use. Each piece is slightly different to ensure it is a one-of-a-kind creation. We hope you can enjoy delightful moments with this unique copperware born from a once-in-a-lifetime encounter.
