The "Kisha teapot" is a container created for enjoying tea, sold from the Meiji era until around the 1950s. A beloved piece of pottery from the past, this nostalgic item reminiscent of slow train journeys has made its way into modern times. The hand-carved phrase "招門来福" (welcoming fortune through the gate) adds an auspicious touch, and the playful design of the cup’s lettering evokes a sense of fun.
This sake set features a gentle pink-beige hue and the rough, traditional texture of earthenware, offering a truly Japanese aesthetic. The teapot lid doubles as a sake cup, making it a versatile item. Enjoy a cozy moment sharing drinks with a partner.
It's also great for storage—simply place the cup over the lid, and it can be compactly stored without taking up much space.
