Care Guide
- Not Dishwasher Safe ・Before Use: Before each use, wet the surface of the cutting board and wipe off any excess moisture. This helps prevent stains, dirt, and odors from sticking. ・Daily Care: Apply dishwashing detergent to a sponge and thoroughly clean the front, sides, and back of the cutting board. Wipe off any moisture, then dry and store it properly. If stains cannot be removed with kitchen bleach, using detergent or a cleanser together may be more effective. ・If Stains or Scratches Occur: While running water over the surface, scrub using a commercially available cutting board scraper or waterproof sandpaper (around #100 grit). Polishing along the length of the board will make scratch marks less noticeable.
