Made from specially engineered synthetic rubber, it offers a gentle, cushioned blade feel while remaining highly resistant to scratches and bacteria. Through proprietary rubber-processing technology, it achieves the perfect balance between durability and a soft, satisfying cutting experience—becoming the first synthetic rubber cutting board ever developed in Japan.

Since its debut in 1965, Cookin’ Cut has been trusted by culinary professionals for over half a century. It continues to stand as a steadfast partner in kitchens where precision and performance matter most.

Its warm beige tone evokes the natural look of wood, adding a sense of quiet refinement to any space. Now, you can bring this professional-grade rubber cutting board into your own home kitchen.

Care Guide

- Not Dishwasher Safe ・Before Use: Before each use, wet the surface of the cutting board and wipe off any excess moisture. This helps prevent stains, dirt, and odors from adhering. ・Daily Care: Apply dishwashing detergent to a sponge and thoroughly wash the front, sides, and back. Wipe off moisture and dry completely before storing. If stains cannot be removed with kitchen bleach alone, using a combination of detergent and cleanser can be more effective. ・If Stains or Scratches Appear: While running water, gently scrub the surface using a commercial cutting board scraper or waterproof sandpaper (around #100 grit). Polishing along the grain direction makes the sanding marks less noticeable. Polishing the entire surface restores the board closer to its original condition and may also enhance its anti-slip properties. View full details
