The pan body is treated with nitriding, making it resistant to rust. It also improves oil seasoning, eliminating the previously tedious processes of preheating and oil coating. There’s no need to apply oil after cooking, as it is less prone to rust.
The 1.6mm thick bottom of the pan quickly transfers heat to ingredients for delicious cooking. The sides are made thinner through spinning processing to ensure even heat distribution throughout.
Nitriding is a surface treatment that enhances corrosion resistance, wear resistance, fatigue resistance, and heat resistance. The surface develops fine irregularities, improving oil absorption.
